Shore Archery is hosting the ADAA Target Championship for 2024.

We are running a single WA 720 round on the first day due to the space available. We want to have as many people entering as possible so we are running two sessions (a morning round for Compound and Barebow/Longbow/Traditional bows, and an afternoon round for Recurve). We will have matchplay for all entrants on the second day, followed by prizegiving.

Saturday - WA720:
Morning session - Compound, Barebow and U11/U18/50+/65+ Recurve
Afternoon session - Recurve other divisions
Ranking round distances and target face sizes are set out in the Archery NZ Shooting Rules: https://archerynz.co.nz/athletes/shooting-rules-for-athletes/

Sunday - Matchplay:
Open Recurve - 70m
Open Barebow - 50m
Open Compound - 50m
Development and U16 Youth Combined - 45m
U14 and U11 Youth Combined: 25m all competitors

Note:
* Your entry will only be confirmed upon payment. No Exceptions!
* Registration alone will NOT guarantee a spot in the competition
* NO late entries!!! Entry and payment must be made by the closing date (20th January 2024)
* ALL ANZ rules must be adhered to

This event is open to all ADAA club members and visiting guests from outside the district. Placings and medals will only be awarded to archers belonging to ADAA clubs. Only Archery NZ members are eligible to claim score records and award pins from the event.

If you are a member of an ADAA club which is NOT affiliated to Archery NZ (Whitford, Massey, Franklin) you are most welcome to enter the tournament as a part of the ADAA championship event. Note that you must abide by Archery NZ's Shooting Rules (https://www.archerynz.co.nz/athletes/shooting-rules-for-athletes/) and uniform rules (principally: no camouflage clothing allowed; see https://www.archerynz.co.nz/assets/Tournaments/ANZ-Tournament-Rules-2022-09-v2.3.pdf) while at the tournament. There is individual affiliation available to Archery NZ if you DO wish to compete and claim scores and award pins as part of Archery NZ - you can do that at https://www.archerynz.co.nz/about-archery-nz/join-archery-nz/.
