Shoot at your club or home range, or wherever you can for the ranking round and matches. Ranking round will be done on one 72-arrow round, where you submit your score by 6 April so we can sort a matchplay draw. (If you don't submit by 6 April you will score a 0). If you can't get to a club or shoot distance in that time, you can try the below PDF targets which are rated for short distance and scoring is comparable.
