ANNOUNCEMENT - Thursday 30 March: Waiting list: A waiting is list is now in action, if you missed the opportunity to register for this amazing tournament and would like to be on the waiting list, please email entriesmac@gmail.com with your name, ArcheryNZ #, club and division. Until you have been confirmed with an entry, please don't pay the entry fee. Sun 26th March: Due to the amazing support shown for this tournament and the number of entries we have received, the decision has been made to move the Saturday Championship event to run in details. This will allow us to accommodate more than the previous maximum number of entrants for our 50th anniversary event. As we are already close to capacity, the closing date for entries has been brought forward. It is important to note that only confirmed payment of the entry fee in full will secure your spot on the shooting line. If you have entered but not paid then you will remain on the waiting list for this tournament. Closing date: 31st May 2023 Entry Fee to be PAID IN FULL by 11th June 2023 --/-- Saturday Championship and Teams Matchplay: - Arrive - 7.30am (not before) - WA 25m round (60 arrows) - WA 18m round (60 arrows) - 2:00pm - 25m Teams Matchplay event (3-person teams) Sunday Matchplay: Arrive - 7.30am (not before) - Championship Medal Presentations - Individual Matchplay Open - Matchplay Medal Presentations Please note: There will be no novice/development rounds offered this year. Airport pickups - I will run the airport pickups and drop offs again this year. The cut off time for pickups on Friday 18th August is 7.30pm Once you have your flight and accommodation details, please email me (Patsy) with your information to email address entiresmac@gmail.com On Friday 18th August between 6-8.30pm we have another hall that you are able to practice 18m in, the cost is $10 if you are interested, please email me with your details. RESULTS AVAILABLE: https://archeryresults.nz The round to be shot on Saturday is a World Archery 1x25m round and 1x18m. Both rounds are of 60 arrows each, and will be shot on triple spots (10-6) for U18 age class and older for recurve and compound divisions. Barebow, traditional, longbow, and all archers U16 or younger will be assigned a single (10-1) face. 3 arrows will be shot per end. If you wish to shoot a 'non-standard' target face (for qualifying rounds only), please contact the organisers before entries close. On Sunday, the Individual Matchplay will be shot - Report time TBC, depending on number of matchplay divisions - provisionally 7:30am Uniform: ArcheryNZ Dress Code as agreed at the 2015 AGM apply: Athletes shall be neatly and cleanly dressed in sporting attire. Such attire may White, current Club, Regional Squad or National Uniforms, or sponsorship merchandise. Advertising must adhere to the World Archery advertising eligibility rules (WA 2.2.6 and 2.2.7). Cost for both days: $105.00 (including an Equipment Levy of $20.00 and an Officials' Levy of $15.00 per archer). Internet banking details are above, credit card payments will not be accepted.
