This year the ADAA Indoor Championships is running with an inclusive format celebrating all the Auckland-area archery club disciplines. The competition will include 2 Vegas 330 rounds shot at 18 meters. The Vegas 330 round has Xs counting for 11 points! Compounds score the outer 10 ring. All entrants will shoot on 40 cm triple spot (triangular) or full face - you can opt on your arrival at the range. (No need to specify now.) Divisions and classes follow a modified set rules found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iOng0OimVNE_GRDwlWOEq8oMhBxbSirfeKHtUkh1Qhk/edit?usp=sharing Age classes are based on your age AT THE EVENT (not on 1 January): Cubs (<=12) Juniors (13-16) Young Adults (17-20) Adults (21-49) Combined Veterans (50+) For this event, Novice 1 and Novice 2 classes are not offered. Equipment types are (see the rules doc link above!): Barebow Recurve (barebow with string walking) Barebow Compound Freestyle Recurve (most similar to WA recurve) Freestyle Compound (most similar to WA compound) Bowhunter Recurve (barebow with gap shooting) Bowhunter Compound (no magnifying lens; no side stabiliser) Traditional Recurve Historical Bow (includes Longbow) There will be six flight times available. Please sign up for JUST ONE. Use the "notes" field to indicate if there is another time that you would consider. Please pay your entry fee IMMEDIATELY when you enter. Any entries remaining unpaid at the end of the close date (3 August) will be removed with no further reminders. Certificates will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each division, posted to clubs to distribute. Places will only be awarded to members of ADAA clubs (Auckland District).
