Event Info This training session is aimed at archers who are new to, or contemplating, shooting barebow recurve especially in World Archery competitions.

All proceeds go towards supporting the three Mountain Green archers and two managers selected to represent New Zealand at the World Archery Field champs at Lac La Biche in Canada

Bring your bow and an enquiring mind!

In this first session I will cover:
> what is a barebow in World Archery? What is not?
> draws and drawing
> aiming
> field and clout variations
> breathing and focus
> competition tips and rules

Please note this is not a beginners course- you must be a trained archer who has been accepted into an archery club.

In the next session, date to be set, Kerry Hoole will cover selecting and tuning your barebow equipment
