Gabriela Schloesser-Bayardo is truly an international archer. Beginning her career in her homeland of Mexico she represented Mexico at the 2016 Rio Olympics placing 12th in the ranking round before relocating to the Netherlands to be with Husband Mike. Following a mandatory 12 month break from international competition Gabby was selected onto the Netherlands archery team and went on to win Bronze at the European Games 2019 and Silver with team mate Sjef Van Den Berg in the mixed team event at Hertogenbosch. In another Archery NZ member exclusive event, Gabriela will be joining us from her new home in the Netherlands via Zoom and will be interviewed by our very own recurve archer Stephen Florence. To make the most of our time with Gabriela and to ensure we cover all topics, if you have specific topics or questions that you would like to be asked please email them to gm@archeynz.co.nz no later than 24 hours before the event takes place. This is our final online seminar for 2020 so make sure you join us on Thursday 26th November at 7.30pm. Participants will be send a Zoom link 24 hours before the event starts. |
