Welcome to the WAA Indoor Champs - held at the Clareville Showgrounds, just out of Carterton. Date 15 July 2023. EDIT - Apologies - after discussion and clarification: Round is 2 x WA18m (120 arrows total at 18m). Entries are limited to 40 and will be shot in double detail - we will try to match the detail order to be used for the Indoor Nationals. 3 spot vertical targets will be used, but Novices, Youth U18 or younger, Barebow, and Longbow may elect to shoot on a single face. WAA pins will be awarded to Seniors, 50+ & Youth (both men and women) for the following divisions: Recurve, Compound, Barebow Recurve, and Longbow. Note that all age groups are available for entry purposes, but will be grouped according to the above for Championship purposes. |
| Schedule | Practice ends begin at 10:00am. There will be a small break after the first quarter (10 ends of 3 arrows) and lunch after the first round. Note that this is in a rural location with no shops/cafes nearby. Another quick break after the third quarter. We will be collecting scores as we go to ensure we can get to the presentation as quickly as possible at the conclusion of the 2 rounds. |
