Evenings on the Maunga – 2025 Series
The ever-popular Evenings on the Maunga are back for 2025!
This year we will be hosting four separate major tournaments, each featuring a single WA720 round set against the stunning twilight backdrop of the Ōwairaka summit.
You can choose to enter one, several, or all four events- the choice is yours!

1 x 70m recurve
2 x 60m recurve
1 x 45m recurve / barebow
2 x 35m recurve / barebow

Event Format: WA720 round
Registration Confirmation: Confirmed only once payment is received
Waitlist: Automatically created once an event reaches capacity
Cancellation Policy: Refunds available up to 7 days before each event or at the organiser’s discretion

Practise Targets open 3.45-4.30pm
Bow inspection 4.10-4.30pm
Briefing 4.35pm
Sighting ends begin 4.45pm
Last arrow on or before 7pm
