This is a major tournament at MGAC shooting the Burton round. Scores will also be submitted to Archery NZ for the annual Royle Hutton Memorial Shoot.

The Burton round is shot on a 122 cm target face (for all bow types) with 10-zone scoring. Distances are below. Unusually for a multidistance round - there IS one practice end at EACH distance.

Burton: 30 arrows each at 55, 46, 37 meters - for all classes U18 and older (U18, U21, Open, 50+, 65+)
Junior Burton: 30 arrows each at 37, 28 ,18 meters - for all classes U16 and below (U16, U14, U11)

Medals will not be awarded for this tournament at MGAC. Archery NZ awards medals to the top results nationwide from the Royle Hutton Memorial so we are sure all of you will shoot well enough to earn a national placing in this round.
