Randwick are delighted to be hosting the Sir Walter Nash tournament for 2026, the WAA's premier senior target event.

The tournament will consist of two 720 rounds on the first day, and a 1440 round on the second day. Winners will be decided on the highest combined score of all three rounds. Both days are registered as WA Majors.
Please note that only WAA members are eligible to be awarded the WAA trophies, however entries are invited from all archers competing at the senior target distances.

Archers may shoot their correct age-class distances for the 1440 and 720 rounds. However, the WAA trophies will be awarded to the archers shooting the longest distances eligible.
For example: Archers may shoot in Masters 50+ recurve for a 70m 1440 round, or Masters 65+ recurve and a 60m 1440 round. The Sir Walter Nash Masters Recurve trophy will be awarded to the highest scoring archer shooting the longest distances (ie: the 70m round for the 1440.) If a 65+ archer wishes to be eligible for the trophy, they should shoot the 70m round. However, if there are no archers shooting the 70m round, then the trophy will be awarded to the highest scorer shooting the 60m round.

The trophies awarded are for Junior (Under 11 to Under 21), Senior (Open), and Masters (50+ and 65+) for recurve and compound, and Senior for Barebow.
